Obanai Iguro, Pillar of the Serpent, always walks around in the company of a white snake called Kaburamaru. His face is partially covered to hide a scar and he has different colored eyes: one yellow, from which he is partially blind, and one turquoise. He is very hard on others but also on himself, given that he comes from a family dedicated to sacrifices to a demon in exchange for money. He is very cold and detached with everyone except Mitsuri with whom he is in love and from whom he will, in some way, be reciprocated in the final part of the manga.
