Claire Redfield arrives in Raccoon City to look for her brother Chris, a missing STARS agent. But a terrible surprise awaits her, because the city is no longer the same... Attacked by a gang of zombie-like beings, Claire and her friend Leon barricade themselves in the police station, hoping to find help or at least the means to abandon the city. But there are only the last survivors in the district, some of whom are in the grip of a mysterious contagion.
