Trafalgar Law is a character from the manga One Piece, written and illustrated by Eichiro Oda, and its derivative works. He is the captain of the Heart Pirates, one of the Eleven Supernovas and the owner of the devil fruit Ope Ope, which allows him total control of his body and objects within its range. He uses this ability to perform surgery or dismember his opponents. In the second half of the story he joins the Fleet of Seven and forms an alliance with Monkey D. Luffy and his crew to take down Don Quixote Doflamingo and Emperor Kaido .
