When they accept the robes that distinguish their office, they vow to fight as immovable sentinels, living fortresses of auramite and sinew that no enemy can ever conquer. The oath of each Warden is personal, written by the Custodian after an entire year spent in meditation on the edge of the precipice of the Gallows Tower. Breaking such oaths would be worse than dying for these warriors, and the determination to abide by them gives their already formidable will a frightening intensity.
This multi-part plastic kit contains the parts necessary to assemble a squad of 5 Custodian Wardens. They are easily recognizable thanks to the ceremonial robes they wear over their auramite armour, and they are a splendid sight: like all Adeptus Custodes, every single visible surface of their armor is literally covered in beautiful details such as gems, eagles, lightning bolts and ornaments. Each Warden is armed with a choice of guardian spear or castellan axe, and there are 5 examples of each weapon type in the kit. The helmets, crests and thigh plates included in the kit are interchangeable, so each Warden will be unique.
With this kit you can also assemble a Shield-Captain, with 2 different exposed heads and a unique breastplate, pauldrons and set of ceremonial robes: he is armed with a choice of castellan ax or guardian axe, and wields a mercy. Additionally, 1 model can be assembled as a Vexilus Praetor which, in addition to the normal weapon choices, holds a beautifully ornate Vexilla.
